The ability to verify the products used at any time is a key consideration for all parties involved. For our REWITEC®We regularly receive test results for these products which analyse and confirm their effectiveness in the wind industry. The following examples of use provide a brief insight.
During the analysis of the main gearbox of a GE 1.5 SL wind turbine, significant differences were observed before and after the surface had been treated with REWITEC®-products. The impressions and traces were examined under a microscope at 200x magnification. The following results were clearly demonstrated.
The before-and-after comparison shows that the pitting damage on the tooth flank following treatment with REWITEC® have completely disappeared.
The use of REWITEC® shows that the grey mottling on the surfaces has been largely eliminated.
